The Roth School of Art is an all ages art studio that offers three exciting programs for children, teens and adults. This one of a kind art school offers both a traditional and contemporary approach to art making that can be found nowhere else! Below are descriptions of our programs.
The KidZart program is for students ages 5-11. This is an exciting program that allows students to engage in serious art making in an environment designed with fun in mind!
The KidZart learning center is a one of a kind art room complete with a variety of art making stations: a creation station, an information station, painting, drawing and sculpture stations and much more! There is a mini theater to enhance the art learning experience as well as an endless supply of art making materials to meet every child's artistic needs.
Children who love to make art need a place to learn and grow. KidZart provides an environment which will enable each child to express their interests and reach their individual goals as young artists.
KidZart students will enjoy the opportunity to earn merits for completing explorer missions!
College Prep. Programs(Ages 12-15 and 16-19)
The College prep. program is for students who wish to one day be accepted into a fine arts program at a major university. This program is based on the college art student experience and will more than prepare students for college level art classes. Students will build an impressive portfolio, develop a vast knowledge base of art through history and begin to develop their own concepts in art making. College prep students learn traditional methods of drawing, painting and sculpture as well as modern and contemporary concepts. This one of a kind art program is a must for all students who wish to one day become professional artists!
Adult Program The Adult program is for students who wish to begin or continue to develop their art making skills in an adult classroom setting. This program is designed to enrich the art making experience on a mature, yet exciting level. Adult students are taught traditional, modern and contemporary concepts and methods in drawing, painting and sculpture in a classical environment.
The Adult and College prep programs allow students free studio time to work on projects outside of class!
